Cultural Fesivals is a not-for-profit corporation, designated by the Internal Revenue Serivce as a 501(c)3 organization and is tax-emempt in the state of Missouri. All support goes directly toward the presentation of the annual Saint Louis Art Fair and The Big Read Festival and their various cultural outreach programs and services presented throughout the year. Donations to Cultural Festivals are tax-deductible as a chartiable contribution.
